Kraft And Cadbury

Kraft has planned to buy the confectionary firm Cadbury. Kraft said that the purchase of the Cadbury maker will surely protect jobs in UK. The US firm has added that it wanted to create “a global powerhouse in snacks, confectionery and quick meals. Due to the strong brand and category Cadbury has a stand alone firm in the future.
